When their merger with O2 was blocked, Three needed to reset and rethink their 2021 vision and strategy, and find a way bring employees with them on this journey.

I led a team to help the Internal Comms function to develop and execute an engagement strategy that would bring the purpose and future of Three to life for all of their people.

Our team worked really closely with leaders from across the business to understand what the future of Three would look like, and built it into story we could share across the business
