Lexington were in the middle of a merger with a larger catering company. Working with the leadership from both organisations, I created a brand and roadmap for the new world, along with stories that backed it up.

The roadmap showed the route to the future in a fun, fresh way, referencing some of the leadership team's favourite places and brands



Everything was backed up with values and stories that I gathered by running an Away Day. We used the power of stories and play to draw out the future vision


I turned the outputs from the day into a DNA book for the new joined up organisation
