I defined the brand and vision for the Rail Delivery Group's Smart Ticketing Programme, helping them to articulate how it could change customers' lives.

I spoke to customers at stations to find out what annoys them most about ticketing today...

...and worked with the programme team to understand what they were working on in detail


I also helped to create a Feasibility Study for new types of Smart Ticketing, and the customer journey that goes with it
